Le beurre de karit\u00e9 raffin\u00e9 est obtenu \u00e0 partir de l’os ou de l’amande de la graine de karit\u00e9 (Butyrospermum parkii), un arbre qui pousse principalement au Soudan et en Afrique de l’Ouest (Ghana, Nigeria et Mali).<\/p>

La teneur en huile est de 45 %. En raison du point de fusion entre 30 et 40 \u00baC, nous parlons d’une graisse ou d’un saindoux plut\u00f4t que d’une huile. De la graisse raffin\u00e9e blanche \u00e0 gris p\u00e2le est toujours utilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
